What happened: I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.

What happened: My order from Applebees last night was horrible the bun on the prime rib dip was freezer burnt and the meat was dried up I couldn’t even chew it. Also the whole order was cold.

What happened: I did not find my drinks and put in a help order, but I found them in a different spot and want to cancel the help order. I received my whole order.

What happened: I ordered food at about *:** its been over * hours and i do not have the app to cancel the order i used it as a guest.

What happened: The problem: Want to set up an account for being a delivery driver

What happened: Good morning**I was charged * times for an order. I really need some help. I cannot afford to pay * times for * order. **My postmates email is *****@***.com. On Sunday ******* I placed an order for pizza at Franco's restaurant at **:**am and intended to schedule it for *pm delivery. After paying it reverted back to delivery at **:**am (which would be too early for the intended birthday lunch). I tried to move it but could not and at **:** (* minute after) I cancelled the order that could be moved. At **:**am I made a new order and scheduled it for *pm delivery. **I was very satisfied with the delivery and the food quality but I was charged * times for this order. I have reached out to Postmates via chat and was advised that canceled orders get charged to compensate for the time lost of the restaurant. I do not believe they lost time since it was canceled * minute after being sent in. I am a mom of * trying my very best to keep my head above water and really truly cannot afford to be charged * times for * order. Please I just need my refund for the order that was not fulfilled. **Thank you for your time and understanding. **My phone number is ***-***-******Below I attached the screen captures of the postmates application as well as a screen capture of my bank statement with the time stated for proof these were made right after the other. The delay was about * minute. It was an honest mistake but I cannot at all afford to pay * times for * order.

What happened: I think it’s a little ridiculous after I’ve spent thousands on postmates & not to mention Uber rides over the years that I get an automated response that I can’t get a refund for my order like that’s not even what I wanted. All I want is what I paid for. Check my account, I order all the time. Latest Burger King order. Fries were so old it was kind of offensive. Why would they assume anyone would accept them. I have photo * video proof.
