"i do uber eats"
i do uber eats! since then my life has changed! i make really good money and they help me with any issues i have! uber eats is the cheapest delivery service you will find! i also have used uberX its cheaper than others! this business will be around forever because it changed the way things work! i love it

Support is mostly on line or overseas call centre and is very hands off.
When it works well its great but when it doesn't its a nightmare.
Overall if you put the hours in you can earn a living

"Usually reliable"
Usually Reliable, and can get a ride fast anywhere and for a reasonable price. But sometimes there may be hiccups, for example one time the driver was not wearing a mask and another time they canceled on me and I was still charged a cancellation fee. But overall would recommend.

Your credit car information is not safe in uber.
They did three charges in my credit card yesterday night that I didn't use. It's not the first time this happen

I must compliment the driving skills of Mr Nitin, who drove my daughter at midnight from Delhi to Panchkula on 10th Aug2020.He ensured complete safety and security of my daughter through out the journey.my compliments to Uber staff who pay attention while hiring chauffeurs. Very convenient/useful/good to have and important if you don't own your own car or can drive. The prices are suprisingly very affordable. I will definitely never call or take a taxi ever again lol. Everytime I have used Uber before, they are usually there and show up within 15 minutes of me submitting the order. You can watch the driver in live time they the map on the Uber app so you know where he is and how far

Stood waiting approx 20 minutes, the driver texted "i've arrived" but cancelled and left after i responded. (unauthorized deduction from my visa card)

"Responsive company"
So, over the last few years the company has addressed the inability to reach drivers. This illustrated a company willing to provide good service and stay agile.

This is a reasonable service. However, they intentionally DO NOT have a way to reach the service or the driver. As a result if you've forgotten something you're out of luck. For example, my dealer uses Uber. The driver was quick and efficient. As I got out of the car and thanked him, he drove way. No problems, but just then I patted myself down and realized by bluetooth (with charger) had fallen from by pocket. I could see him driving down the hill but he did not see me. I quickly asked the service manager to call the Uber driver (thinking I could catch him before he turned onto the main road. NOPE! We don't know how, after 45 minutes of keystone copism I have an email to a Brittany. No phone number and then after much research if find out there is NO phone number, intentionally. So, while I tried the "contact us" mode that didn't work. and it turns out Uber is satisfied with not hearing from it's customer in the event they REALLY need to be reached. Caveat Emptor!
